We collect the requests and suggestions of our Customers

in a Trackable, reportable, transparent and safe single information pool.

We deal with them in line with legal regulations, objectively, fairly and confidentially.

We use these feedback to improve our processes.

As Arçelik, we adopt perfect customer experience as the main principle and embark on a customer-focused approach.

We integrate all our processes with the management system and develop a structure that controls each other.

We feed management targets over this system.

Please follow the following recommendations.

When you purchase the product, please have its Warranty approved by your Authorized Dealer.

Use your product in accordance with the principles of the manual.

Make an application to our call centre from the telephone numbers above when you have a service demand related to your product.

Ask for the "technician ID" to the technician that comes for the service.

When you are finished, remember to ask for a “Service Receipt” from your Authorized Service technician. This "Service Receipt" shall be of used in case of a problem with your product in later stages.

Useful life of this product: 10 years. (The spare parts necessary for the product to function will be available for this period.)
