Manual Connection By Entering the Network Password
Certain networks require Static IP address. If your network requires a Static IP address, you need to enter IP Address, Netmask, Gateway and DNS values manually. You can learn the IP Address, Netmask, Gateway and DNS values from your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
- From Home Screen menu, press

select Settings and press the

- Select Network and Internet option, and press

- Select the network you want to connect and from the Available networks tab, select the network you want to connect to with the and press the
.
- Wireless connection password screen will be displayed.
Note:
- If your network is not displayed among available networks, select Show All and confirm with the
.
- Use to enter the password from the screen keyboard, select the

- Connection established successfully message will be displayed and modem connection shall be established.
- Select the network you are connected to and press the

- Select IP Settings and press the

- Select Static and press the

- Enter IP Address and select the

- Enter Gateway and select the

- Enter Network prefix length and select the
key from the screen keyboard and press the

- If applicable, enter the value of DNS1 and select the
key from the screen keyboard and press the

- If applicable, enter the value of DNS2 and select the
key from the screen keyboard and press the

- Successfully saved! message will be displayed.
- Press
to return to the previous menu or press
to return to Home menu.
