Casting Music or Video Files from the Computer to the TV

  1. Open the Chrome browser on your computer.
  2. Click the item on the upper right corner of the browser.
  3. Click Cast.
  1. Cast tab and the devices supporting Chromecast that are on the same network shall be displayed.
  1. On the bottom of the Cast tab, select the down arrow next to the Cast to option.
  2. Select Cast File.
  1. The file browser is displayed.
  1. Select the music or video file you want to cast and select your TV displayed in the Cast tab and play the file on your TV.
  2. When you are done, click the icon located to the right of the browser’s address bar and select Stop Broadcast.
