- Spare parts can be obtained from our authorised service stations.

Regardless of the customer profile, we inform our customers within 24 hours that their requests and recommendations have been received by Arçelik.

Our Customer Services process:

Regarding the requests and recommendations of our customers;

- We collect them in a single traceable, reportable, transparent and secure information pool.

- We handle and evaluate them in accordance with legal regulations, objectively, fairly and confidentially.

- We use this feedback to make our processes more perfect.

As Arçelik, we adopt a customer-orientated approach to provide excellent customer experience as our main principle.

We ensure the development of a structure that controls each other by integrating all our processes with the management system. We also provide information on the management targets through this system.

We kindly ask you to comply with the following recommendations.

When you receive your product, have the warranty certificate approved by your Authorised Dealer.

Use your product according to the operating instructions.

When you have a service request regarding your product, please contact our Call Centre at the phone numbers above.

Ask the technician who comes for service for the "technician ID card".

When you complete the processes, do not forget to ask for a "Service Receipt" from the authorised service technician. The "Service Receipt" you will receive will be useful for you in case of any problems that may occur in your product in the future.

The service life of the product is: 10 years. (The period of availability of spare parts required for the product to fulfil its function)

 

 

Considerations Regarding Proper Use and Warranty;

The following defects can be rectified for a fee. Warranty conditions do not apply for any of these cases;

1.Damages and malfunctions caused by errors in use,

2.Damages and malfunctions occurring during the loading, unloading and handling after the product is delivered to the customer,

3.Damages and malfunctions arising from electricity (socket, voltage, grounding, etc.), water (water pressure, faucet) where the goods are used,

4.Damages and malfunctions caused by Acts of God, fire, flood, etc,

5.Damages and malfunctions arising from the use of the goods contrary to the issues in the description and user manuals,

6.Damages and malfunctions arising from the use of the goods for commercial or professional purposes as defined in the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers,

7.In the event of maintenance, repair or any other intervention to the goods by unauthorised persons, the warranty given to the goods shall expire.

8.The warranty period of the goods replaced during the warranty application is limited to the remaining warranty period of the purchased goods.
